Get the clock source for the specified timer channel.

FIXED%, PROG% (programmable), HWSEL% (hardware selectable),
or not specified if value is NOT_SUPPORTED.

INT, EXT, or returns NOT_SUPPORTED if the device has no timer
channels.

Get a value indicating how the specified timer's delay option is implemented.
